Short answer, yes! Mila comes with several sleep-related modes that sync up with your Bedtime Schedule.
Sleep Mode dims the lights on your Mila display and makes sure that any changes in fan speed are indiscernible throughout the night.
Whitenoise Mode combines your Mila’s filtering capabilities with the features of a sound machine, and lets you fall and stay asleep to the soothing sounds of fluctuating fans. Like Sleep Mode, the lights on your Mila display will also turn off.
In addition to these two modes, you can also enable Turndown Service on your Mila, which will give your space a blast of fresh air an hour before your Bedtime Schedule kicks in. To learn more about Mila’s different modes, please visit here.
