How do I put my Mila air purifier in Diagnostic Mode for troubleshooting?

You can factory reset your Mila at any time, which also allows you to enter Diagnostic Mode. Be aware that this process will erase all previous settings, including WiFi, and you’ll need to re-pair your device to your network.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Turn off your Mila using the power switch on the bottom of your Mila.

2. Remove the front filter panel.

3. Turn on Mila. Mila will display the welcome screen for five seconds, then show a Factory Reset Screen.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose Diagnostics Mode or Factory Reset Mode. If you wait a few seconds, Mila will automatically enter Diagnostics Mode (indicated by two columns of text).

5. Replace the front door panel.

6. Exit Diagnostics Mode by holding down all three buttons. This returns you to the regular Mila operation.

7. Re-pair your Mila to your network.
