As our first iteration of the Home Health Report, this feature is in public beta, and we are rolling out on a per-Milieber basis. If you’re running the latest app (version 1.16), you are eligible to receive a report. Reports are generated monthly and typically appear in the first week of the new month. Please note that you must have at least 30 days of data for a report to be generated. If you’ve had your Mila online and running for 30 days or more and still don’t have your Home Health Report, first check the Milabot screen on the Mila app. New reports will be prominently displayed at the top of your feed until you view them, at which point they will be available at the bottom of the Milabot screen (your Milabot is organized chronologically starting with your most recent air quality events at the very top and going back in time as you scroll down). If you don’t see a report, there might not be enough data for your unit just quite yet. If you still feel like your report is missing, please contact our Care Squad at support@milacares.com with your Mila account email.
